6-point ratchet suspension for a secure, adjustable fit. Fits head sizes 6½ – 8. Comfortable for all-day wear on job sites.
Meets ANSI/ISEA Z89.1-2014 Type I, Class E (Electrical). Protects against top impacts and electrical hazards up to 20,000 volts.
White is the base color included in standard pricing. Other colors (yellow, orange, blue, green, red) available — ask about alternate color pricing.
High-density polyethylene (HDPE) outer shell. Lightweight at approx. 14 oz. UV-stabilized for extended outdoor use.

Every hard hat is printed in-house at our Prairie City, Iowa facility using methods that bond to the helmet surface without compromising its structural integrity or safety rating.
Tell us your quantity, color needs, and preferred placement. Send your logo in any format — vector preferred, but we work with what you have.
Our design team prepares a full digital proof showing your logo on the hat — exact placement, size, and colors. You approve before anything is printed.
We use UV-cured pad printing — the industry standard for curved hard hat surfaces. Ink is cured and bonded to the shell without drilling, cutting, or stickering. Your logo stays sharp and permanently fixed.
Every hat is inspected against the approved proof before packaging. Your order ships direct from Iowa with tracking. Standard production is 7–10 business days after proof approval.
